These terms apply to the NowWave macOS application and to the website nowwave.app, both provided by Ensiria Srl (Italy). By downloading or using NowWave you agree to them.

The service

NowWave is a mini player for macOS that shows what is playing and, at your request, connects to third-party services (TIDAL, Spotify, Slack, Discord) using their official APIs. It is free.

Your accounts

Access to third-party services happens through their own sign-in pages, under their terms. You are responsible for your accounts on those services and can disconnect them from NowWave at any time from Settings → Integrations.

Acceptable use

Use NowWave only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of the services you connect. Do not attempt to circumvent the security or rate limits of those services through NowWave.

Data

NowWave stores tokens and settings only on your Mac. Neither the app nor this website keeps user accounts or listening data. Details are in the Privacy policy.

Availability and changes

NowWave is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Features may change or be discontinued, and third-party services may alter or withdraw their APIs at any time. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ensiria Srl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of NowWave or from the unavailability of third-party services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
